Refunds & Returns Policy

Please choose carefully because items are Handmade and Pretty Little Threads DO NOT offer refunds or exchange for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 48 hours so we can review the situation and organise a return/ refund option at our discretion. Please note that all items must be unwashed and shipped back in similar packaging to ensure the item is received in its original condition.  Shipping costs on return items are at the cost of the buyer, if a refund is given on return item will include paid amount, less the cost of the shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
