Our items are handmade and will be dispatched within 14 business days of your order.

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-5 business days. Please note we will not be held responsible for any delay beyond our control ie. Issues with a third party/customs. All items are sent via Australia post and will be provided with a tracking number.

All items are shipped from Queensland 4740 in Australia. Please keep this in mind when calculating shipping time frames.

Local pick up option is available from the Mackay Area.

We have flat rate shipping options as below:
Standard Shipping $13
Express Shipping $15

Free Shipping for orders over $120

Signature on Delivery is available for those wanting to add a little extra assurance with the delivery of your order. For an additional charge of $3.20 (on top of standard parcel charges). Australia will require signature on delivery as proof of delivery. Please contact us if you wish to add this to your parcel.

Pretty Little Threads is not responsible for any delay within Australia Post or items that are lost in the mail. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when making your payment. Pretty Little Threads will not take responsibility if your details are incorrect and your items sent to the wrong address, if your item is returned to us, we will reship at your expense.

When placing an order unfortunately we are not able to combine orders together, therefore the orders will have their own tracking numbers, so be sure to order everything you want in the same order.

All parcels will be sent out with a tracking number.
